Who We Are…

We started working towards our dream in 2015. It has been quite the adventure and we feel so blessed to be on it! Why Mended Wing? We believe that God builds beauty from ashes (Isaiah 61) and those that trust in the Lord will soar on wings like eagles (Isaiah 40). He covers us with his feathers and we find refuge under his wings (Psalm 91). Our goal is to glorify Him throughout this journey and build relationships on trust and respect.

We have been striving to eliminate toxins from our home, especially the products that we put on our skin and those that we consume. We bought a jersey milk cow in 2018, who has provided us with an abundance of milk. After reading about all of the benefits of goat milk, we knew that was a direction that we wanted to head. We have been building our Nubian herd since 2020.
